WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Upon evaluation by our team, If your Cage Cover is faulty a full refund will be issued. Do not attempt to install your faulty cover as this will void the warranty.
CAN I INSTALL THIS BY MYSELF?
Our Cage Covers have specifically been designed for easy installation. They are made from a light weight material and come in a standard height of 2.5 metres. Simply measure your cage from inside corner to corner for your overall width. Or you can individual panels for a more custom finish. If your cage is shorter than 2.5m you can easily trim the bottom of the cover or simply turn it back onto its self. Secure the top with cable ties provided in your pack. For your cage door, simply cut two sides for an opening, this will allow your door to open with ease ever time. Step by Step instructions are included in your cage covers pack. .
HOW FAST IS DELIVERY?
Our delivery service will deliver your package within 7-14 business days for Sydney metro orders. For all other orders Australia wide your order will arrive in 10-14 business days. International orders available upon request.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No theres no minimum order and ordering is super easy. Just remember our Standard Height 2.5 metres. Simply measure the width of your cage.
DOES THE CAGE COVER GO ON THE INSIDE OR THE OUTSIDE
We recommend the inside of your cage, however sometimes this isn't possible due to the cage area setup, so the outside can work too.
